The Views of Cedar Rapids is looking for a remote LPN/RN weekend on-call nurse. Must have access to internet/computer.

You will be working in the Nursing department- the hub of our business and a key role in helping The Views be successful! In order to deliver on our promises to provide kind and compassionate care, our nursing professionals will:

• Transcribe new physician orders and treatments as prescribed.
• Be a role model creating constructive relationships with residents, families, and staff to create an environment that motivates staff, and encouraging family and staff partnerships for the care of residents by communicating pertinent tenant changes.
• Evaluate and assess resident needs, and communicate resident changes to physicians and families.

The outcomes you’ll be expected to achieve: Actively and successfully managing your nursing duties with high expectations for providing quality care. You’ll be in the habit of ensuring that your residents and their families are raving fans of The Views Senior Living due to your ability to communicate clearly and directly all while rallying the team to meet and exceed their expectations. You will delegate extremely well because you trust the strengths of your team, yet always willing to offer support because you know the job is challenging.

Nice to have: Experience working in an assisted living, memory care, or long term care.

Shifts needed: Friday 6pm – Monday 6am; 1-2 weekends per month
